Delivery & cash on delivery

Every order is sold and sent by a vet clinic from its own stock. Each clinic shows the cities it delivers to, its delivery fee and any free-delivery threshold.
The clinic calls or messages you on WhatsApp to confirm before anything is packed. Delivery usually takes the days shown on the product page after confirmation.
Pay in cash when your order arrives. Clinics may set a cash-on-delivery limit for large orders; you'll see it at checkout.
Prefer to collect? Choose pickup at checkout and pay at the clinic.

Damaged, wrong, expired or missing item? Ask for a return within 7 days of delivery from your order page. The store has 48 hours to answer; if it doesn't, Pawzaar steps in.
Opened food, medicines and vaccines can't be returned unless they arrived damaged, wrong or expired. Change-of-mind returns aren't offered.
Refunds for cash orders are sent by bank transfer, Raast, JazzCash or Easypaisa, usually within 3 days of the store receiving the item.

Video calls: the clinic shares a Google Meet, Zoom or WhatsApp video link on your booking page once confirmed.
You pay the clinic for the consultation, at the visit or as they tell you for video calls. No advance payment on Pawzaar.
Cancel online from your booking page up to the clinic's cut-off time (usually 4 hours before). After that, message the clinic.

Vets show the PVMC registration number their clinic gave us. The “PVMC verified” badge appears only after Pawzaar staff check it.
Clinics are real practices that run on Vetlyn; a “Verified clinic” badge means we have checked the business.
Ratings and reviews come only from delivered orders and completed visits. We never show made-up ratings or sales.
