Patient and gentle
Buddy is usually scared at the vet but Dr. Areeba was so calm with him. No stress at all.
Good follow-up
Dr. Hira checked in after the visit to see how Moti was doing. Rare to find that.
Video consult was easy
Call started on time and the video was clear. Dr. Areeba checked Simba's skin on camera and sent the prescription after.

Mera Rocky shauq se khata hai
Bohat fussy eater hai lekin yeh khana pehle din se pasand aaya. Packing bhi achi thi aur delivery time pe hui.
